Service Contracts & Monitoring
We carry out regular servicing and emergency maintenance to ensure our clients are covered by an excellent standard of security provision at all times. Our contracted clients can count on an emergency engineer response time of 4 hours (or less) telephone assistance and a guaranteed site visit within 24 hours (if required), 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year.
In addition to servicing for our existing clients, we are also happy to help with security system maintenance in the South East for those of you who have existing equipment, provided we are familiar with the equipment in question. Having your security system monitored ensures an urgent response to alarm activations, even when you're away from your premises. Automated monitoring systems can be set to alert the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and your designated keyholders whenever your alarm is activated, allowing you – and the authorities – the chance to act fast and get on top of the situation.
