COVID19 UPDATE - 12/5/20
Following the latest update from the Government, we have taken the decision to return to normal operations on Monday 1st June 2020.
All our staff will wear PPE and follow strict social distancing guidelines.
To keep systems working we ask that all our customers stay at least two metres from our engineers when they enter the property and during work being carried out. Our engineers are fully briefed as to their health and safety responsibilities and will respectfully maintain their distance. We will continue to follow government advice to maintain health precautions.
We will of course continue to support all our current contracted customers, be that via the phone on our 24/7 emergency number, or by coming to site when deemed absolutely necessary until we resume normal operations on 1st June.
It is important to note that any contract and visit fees currently due do still need to be paid to ensure continued access to our services and remote monitoring of your system (where this is in place).
If your service appointment is due, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
The team will be constantly monitoring the situation.
